露軍の戦争犯罪（The War Violation of Russian Army）
独軍に対して徹底抗戦していた、冬将軍の露軍が、日露不可侵条約を突然破棄し、横暴に日本国民を扱い、シベリアに抑留した人数を考えると、これらは大きな戦争犯罪に当たる。
この戦争犯罪を遂行しながら、千島列島を日本から略奪した状態では、日本は日露平和条約を結べるはずもなく、これが結べた大統領は恐らく、ノーベル平和賞に最も近い有力候補となるであろう。

This is attributed to be the much more large War Violation, where Winter General Russian army which thoroughly defend against German army, suddenly refuse Japan Russia unviolation treaty(?) and take the Japanese roughly giving that the number of people forcely worked and oppressed in Siberea.
In that state where Russian side executed this War Violation and robbed Japan side of Kuril Islands, Japan should not conclude Japan Russia Peace Treaty, therefore the Russian President who can conclude this treaty will probably become the most strong candidate close to the Nobel Prize for peace.
